Extended Warranty/ Warranty Plus is only applicable to residential customers and for the following purchased brands: Chateau, EuropAce, Vintec, Mayer, Kadeka, Tecno and Valenti.
Extended Warranty/ Warranty Plus purchase must be made within 14 days from the purchase date and before delivery of the Product.
Extended Warranty/ Warranty Plus only applies if the item covered remained at the same delivery address unless we were informed prior to the moving that professional movers will be engaged and our approval has been sought or if you engaged the service of our professional movers.
