It is durable and by rubbing a little mineral oil into the natural wood surface on a regular basis, your product will look like new for years to come.

Wood is more hygienic than glass or plastic boards, and it is less likely to be split or warped. The smooth surface avoid splotch from attaching to the cheese plate, making it extremely easy to clean. Plus, it is recommended to hang it up after cleaning so as to dry for next use.

The board can also be used to prepare and serve sandwiches, soups, fruits. You also can use it as your food prep cutting board.
