No additional action or codes required, our Customer Service Team will edit your order accordingly to include the vouchers. Free vouchers will be sent to your phone number provided in your order 2-7 days after delivery is completed.

If a competitor has a lower advertised final price for similar products, services and warranty from 11.11.23 - 12.11.23 , we will match it.

Refunds in differences will be issued via bank transfer(if paid by PayNow); or wine vouchers if order was paid by credit card.

Requirements for a price match:

  5. In stock on competitor’s site
  6. Must be a Singapore based online retailer
  7. Legit listing with a competitor with a physical address (>2 reviews and/or ratings for Lazada/Shopee listing)
  8. Final price includes delivery costs
  9. Payment method comparable(credit card)
  10. Delivered by Manufacturer directly
  11. Not valid for installments payments
Price match* products must be sold by a licensed, Singapore based online retailer who procures directly from the manufacturer. These retailers can honor manufacturer warranties, collect insider knowledge and ensure the product is not secondhand or a knock-off. We exclude 3rd party sites such as eBay and Amazon if the seller is not a Singapore based licensed dealer. Clearance, refurbished or aging stock delivered by retailers are not included.
We look at the final price that means all duties, taxes, fees and shipping costs included.

*Price Match discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions. Additional delivery charges (stairs/disposal) are not inclusive in the voucher value and may be chargeable.
