Delivery and Price Match Policy

Our prices are nett and includes all applicable taxes (GST) and delivery charges to floors with lift landing. Stairs and disposals are charged at extras depending on purchased brand and/or if the units are brand new/refurbished units. Request for hinge changes have to be made prior to delivery and may be subjected to additional charges.

Free Delivery
  • Free delivery for all wine fridges and accessories above $200
  • Next Weekday Delivery for Mayer, Farfalla, Chateau, Vintec, Tecno or Brandt for orders made before 12pm during off peak season.
  • Average 2-3 days (Monday to Friday) for all other brands except Liebherr and EuroCave.
  • Extra charges including stairs and disposal apply differently for 3rd party delivery regardless of brands
  • Dry Ager requires 3 days minimum to prepare product for delivery.
  • Saturdays limited and extra fees may apply. Applicable only for Liebherr, Mayer, Tecno, Vintec and Kadeka.
  • No deliveries on Sundays/Public Holidays.
  • WhatsApp to enquire for specific delivery day/timing/ 3rd party express delivery charges
Disposal
(based on new order of wine fridge)
  • Brandt - Free for same size or smaller.
  • Chateau -Free for same size/smaller, $20 onwards for bigger units
  • EuroCave - $86
  • EuropAce except Essential Series- Free for same size/smaller. $30-$50 for bigger units.
  • EuropAce Essential series- $20-$40 for same size/smaller. 
  • Farfalla - $33 (same size/smaller)
  • Kadeka except KP115ER, KN24WR & KN39WR- Free for same size or smaller, $50 for bigger units
  • Kadeka KP115ER, KN24WR & KN39WR- $20 for same size/smaller. ≥$30 for bigger units.
  • Liebherr - $100
  • Mayer - Free for same size/smaller, If disposal is of larger size in dimensions and capacity below 50 bottles, fee is $35 extra. Else above 50 bottles disposal is $50 before GST.
  • Tecno - $20 - $50
  • Vintec except for VWS020SBA-X - Free for capacity below 90 bottles, $50 for 90 bottles and above (including 90 bottles capacity)
  • Vintec VWS020SBA-X: $20 for same size/smaller. ≥$30 for bigger units.
  • Valenti - $10-$30
  • Custom Disposal/Refurbished units - WhatsApp us for a quotation.

Example. Customer bought a new Kadeka, removing a Vintec old fridge. Based on Kadeka's service, the disposal of the old unit is free for same size.
Stairs
  • Brandt - $25 for first flight and $5 for subsequent flights for small units. $60 for first flight and $20 additional for subsequent flights for larger units.
  • Chateau - $10/flight (for 120 bottles & below) or $15/flight
  • EuroCave - $54/flight
  • EuropAce - $40 for first flight, $20 increment for every subsequent flight
  • Farfalla - $20 for 1st floor, $30 for 2nd floor, $50 for 3rd floor
  • Kadeka - $35 for first flight (≥7 steps), larger units >$60 subject to distance and steps for additional floor. Carrying over counter is chargeable. 
  • Liebherr - $100/flight
  • Mayer - 1 - 4 steps - FOC, >4 steps (small units, larger units >$60 subject to distance and steps)
  • Tecno - $20/flight
  • Vintec - $20/flight
  • Valenti - $10/floor
  • Refurbished units - WhatsApp us for a quotation.

 

Lowest Price Guarantee: Price Match Policy

It's our goal is to provide you with the lowest possible price.* If a competitor has a lower advertised final price for similar products, services and warranty, we will match it(valid for 24 hours). If you find such a deal, simply fill out email us at sales@winefridge.sg with a link and we'll honor all requests that fit our criteria.

Don’t be shy! We match coupon codes and membership refund programs too.

Requirements for a price match:

  2. The same color 
  3. The same size
  4. The same condition 
  5. In stock on competitor’s site
  6. Must be a Singapore based online retailer
  7. Legit listing with a competitor with a physical address (>2 product reviews and/or ratings for Lazada/Shopee listing)
  8. Final price includes delivery costs
  9. Payment method comparable(credit card)
  10. Delivered by Manufacturer directly
  11. Not valid for installments payments

Price match products must be sold by a licensed, Singapore based online retailer who procures directly from the manufacturer. These retailers can honor manufacturer warranties, collect insider knowledge and ensure the product is not secondhand or a knock-off. We exclude 3rd party sites such as eBay and Amazon if the seller is not a Singapore based licensed dealer. Clearance, refurbished or aging stock delivered by retailers are not included.

We look at the final price that means all duties, taxes, fees and shipping costs included.

If we are unable to price match, we will encourage you to make a purchase from our competitor and we will ship you a free $10 Capitaland voucher. There have been instances we have experienced where competitors priced incorrectly and are unable to fulfil orders. Applies to all products sold at over $1,000 SGD.
