If your data is transferred to or accessed by our holding company overseas (where applicable), we will ensure that the same level of protection as required under the PDPA is maintained.

8. Marketing & Do Not Call (DNC) Registry

We may use your contact details for marketing if consent was given. If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, it applies across the group.
