Refund policy

Returns 
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once an order has been delivered. 

Please inspect all goods delivered before signing off on the delivery documentation confirming that the goods are received in good condition. Once the delivery documentation is signed off, no exchange or refund is allowed.

You may wish to refer to the below pre-purchase checklist, in order to avoid any disappointment or added cost on your purchase:

  1. Ensure your product fits into your intended space.
  2. Ensure well in advance that the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your space, paying special attention to product dimensions and cut-out measurements.
  3. Be sure not to forget any lifts, elevators, stairwells, passages, corridors and landings that your item must pass through.
  4. Do check all required access routes and that there is sufficient access and parking for a large delivery truck to safely unload and deliver your item. 

In the unfortunate event that the item cannot fit into your intended space, you must reject the delivery on the spot before the delivery team leaves your residence. You must not sign off on the delivery documentation.

You agree that you shall bear full responsibility on any damage caused to the goods during delivery if it arises because the intended space or the route to access the space is unable to fit the goods. Any additional fees that arise in connection therewith, including but not limited to repackaging or redelivery fees, will be bear by you and no refunds are allowed even if you have rejected the delivery.

Additional repackaging fee (based on merchandise value) will apply for opened products.

For rejected goods, you may proceed to select another product at our store. The applicable additional fees will be deducted from your earlier payment and the remaining amount can be used to offset your new product order value. If the difference is larger than the remaining amount, you shall top up the cash difference and if the difference is lesser, we will refund the amount accordingly.

We recommend you review all specifications of the goods before placing your order.

In the event you have received the wrong product, please reject the delivery and exchange arrangements will be made accordingly.

If you are eligible for a return(less shipping costs), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Items with obvious signs of use 
- Any item that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 8 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
If you are eligible for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item then your refund will be processed, if the product is assessed to be in good condition and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
If your order is approved for any returns or exchange, please note only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or "open box" items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

In the event of any order cancellation, please note that any free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly to the value of the free gifts, vouchers or accessories. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid or any fees paid in order to carry out the delivery including but not limited to carrying up or down any stairs and disposal fees.
