Extended Warranty purchase must be made within 14 days from the purchase date and before delivery of the Product. 

Extended Warranty only applies if the item covered remained at the same delivery address unless we were informed prior to the moving that professional movers will be engaged and our approval has been sought or if you engaged the service of our professional movers.
